Schooling fee: Weekend - $50 including stabling. Second horse by same rider is $30.00. Day Fee: $35 including stabling, second horse by same rider $20.00. Schooling Jumping: $10.00/class

Refunds given for any reason by 6:00 PM Thursday, January 28, 2010. No refunds after 6:00 PM Thursday, January 28, 2010.

All US Equestrian Federation and USEA rules apply. Proper headgear, ground person, shoes with heels, etc.

Negative Coggins within past 12 months required for all horses. No exceptions. Coggins may be mailed with registration form or brought with you to the schooling.

Cross Country Schooling: Open all weekend.

Schooling Jumper: Jumper course will be set as follows, and clean rounds within time limit will receive a ribbon: Sat am- GAG from 9:00 to 10:00. BN 10:00 to 11:00, N 11:00 to Noon, T Noon to 1:00pm. Sun am-same as Sat am. Indicate classes on registration.

Bunkhouse space available on first come first serve basis. Pre register in order to reserve your space. Ladies only - $50 for weekend. Camper hook up available for the weekend for $50.00.

Release

I am participating in the Open Schooling Weekend and other schooling classes at my own risk. My participation is subject to the conditions of the Organizers and the regulation of the USEA, and where applicable, the USEF Rules for Eventing.

I understand that this is a high-risk sport. I hereby assume all risks and further do hereby release and hold harmless MeadowCreek Park, Sam and Jodye Lindsey, the USEA, the USEF, their officers, agents, employees, and volunteers of the Cross-Country Schooling Day, or Riding Clinic, and the owners of the property on which it is to be held, from all liability for negligence resulting in accidents, damage, injury or illness to myself and to my property, including the horse(s) which I ride.

I agree to wear protective headgear when riding. When jumping, I agree to wear protective headgear, with harness secured, and protective vest, which meet the standards currently imposed by USEF Rules for Eventing. (Helmets passing or surpassing ASTM/SEI are strongly encouraged when jumping.)

I understand that the Organizer has the right to cancel the schooling show or schooling activities, to refuse any entry, and to prohibit or stop any activity deemed improper or unsafe.
